Our Services and Terms of Agreement

2. Payment Terms

Additional costs that arise from additional requests outside the agreed scope will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
3. Ownership and Control - Web Development
In the realm of web development, ownership is a vital consideration. Unless specifically agreed upon at the beginning of the project, Cozyartz Media Group retains ownership and control of all digital assets we create, including websites, graphics, code, multimedia content, and more. If clients desire to retain ownership of these web assets, this must be explicitly defined in our agreement before work starts. Upon project completion, we ensure a smooth transition of control where applicable, while complying with all relevant regulations, such as ICANN's rules for domain transfers.
3a. Ownership and Control - Instructional Design
Instructional design projects often involve the creation of unique educational materials, course outlines, and learning resources. As with our web development projects, unless it is specifically agreed upon at the beginning, Cozyartz Media Group holds the ownership and control of these resources.
Clients wishing to retain ownership of instructional design materials must specify this before work begins. At the end of the project, the transition of ownership will be handled in accordance with relevant copyright laws and industry practices.
4. Third-Party Services
To enhance your website's functionality, we may suggest incorporating third-party services. All third-party accounts will be set up in the client's name unless otherwise agreed. Costs or subscription fees for these services will be handled separately from our project charges.
5. Technical Support and Maintenance
At Cozyartz Media Group, we believe in nurturing long-term relationships with our clients. Part of this commitment includes providing continued technical support and maintenance services. The scope and duration of these services are carefully outlined at the start of each project and are directly related to the original project's size and complexity.
Our technical support can include everything from minor tweaks to major overhauls, all designed to ensure that your digital assets continue to function optimally and meet your evolving business needs.
Please note that any ongoing support and maintenance requested beyond the originally agreed scope of work may incur additional costs. We believe in complete transparency and will communicate these potential expenses clearly in our initial agreement. 7. Software as a Service (SaaS)
Cozyartz Media Group understands the power of effective software tools. Therefore, we offer Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to optimize your business operations. These can include Customer Relationship Management tools, Project Management tools, or any other specialized software.
Remember, the use of these SaaS tools might require subscriptions. We can assist in setting these up for you but the costs associated with these tools are separate from our service charges and will be borne by the client. We will always discuss and gain approval for the use of such services upfront, ensuring transparency and consent.
8. Contractual Agreements
All the services we provide at Cozyartz Media Group are governed by a contractual agreement between us and our clients. This contract details the scope of the work, costs, timelines, and any other significant project details. This agreement is put in place to safeguard the interests of both parties involved.
